Meet Sarah and Kevin Tyler, experts in gin crafting and distilling and creators of the D:Stil project. Allow them to share with you their knowledge as you immerse yourself into a world of gin.
Explore all things botanical from Juniper, Cassia Bark to Pink Peppercorn as Sarah shows you how to take fractions of what to include and what not to include in your own special gin blend.
You’ll learn to measure ABV (alcohol by volume), understand the medicinal uses of botanical ingredients and their unique flavours as you be-gin to master the craft of distilling. By the end of your private workshop, you will have created your own special gin blend for you to simply add tonic and enjoy.
After all your hard work in the imaGINation lab, enjoy a gin-inspired lunch or generous grazing platter cooked by onsite masterchef Elaine Gear. Her spiced dishes the pefect match to a gin cocktail (or two).
Take your glass with you as you wander around D:Stil’s beautiful country garden to meet another group of friendly alpacas and be sure to ask Sarah about her sumptious Zen + Tonic skin range!
